Happy Feet

After attending Leah Buechley's TEI 2010 Workshop on Making Textile Sensors from Scratch, I had some ideas on how to make a large multi-point pressure sensor from easily sourced textile materials. This work is a result of those initial ideas, combining velostat (a resistive plastic sheet material), copper tape with conductive adhesive, and nylon mesh to create low-cost, DIY pressure sensitive flooring.
